SAFESTAY INDEX™ AIRBNB & RENTAL INTELLIGENCE
Travel Smarter. Stay Better. Minimize Surprises.
The SafeStay Index™ was created to help travelers make more informed decisions when choosing short-term rentals and vacation properties around the world.
Most travelers choose properties based on price, location, photos, reviews, and amenities. Very few evaluate how the property performs from a practical traveler-readiness and exposure perspective.
The SafeStay Index™ applies a structured, open-source assessment process to evaluate publicly available information and owner-submitted information to produce a standardized property exposure score.
This allows travelers to compare properties using a consistent framework before they book.
HOW THE SAFESTAY INDEX™ WORKS
Our assessments are conducted remotely and don’t require physical property visits.
We evaluate publicly available information, owner-submitted materials, mapping data, environmental observations, neighborhood indicators, listing content, and visible security characteristics.
Properties are reviewed using a structured assessment framework and assigned a SafeStay Index™ score.
