Shipping Details

STS offers both domestic shipping within the United States of America and international shipping outside the USA through USPS (United States Postal Service).
Shipping rates are calculated automatically by weight per order and total weight includes the purchased item(s) in addition to the shipping box and packing material. All STS orders are picked, packed and shipped from our own warehouse in FL. We strive to have your order out within 1-2 business days and we do not ship on the weekends.
For a shipping quote, simply proceed with the checkout steps, to include entering your shipping address and you’ll be able to view our automatically quoted shipping prices by carrier before you’re required to enter payment information.
For international shipments, please note that the international shipping fee included with your purchase does not include any additional fees that may be due once your order reaches its destination. These fees can include transportation charges, duties and taxes based on the value of your goods and will vary by customer location. These duties and taxes, including any value added tax (VAT), are not collected by STS on international shipments and will therefore need to be paid by the customer to the appropriate taxing authority as directed.
Shipping times provided by any carrier are estimations of delivery and not a guaranteed time frame. STS does not offer expedited shipping options and as such, does not charge additional amounts for expedited shipping.
USPS Priority Mail features an automatically assigned delivery time designation of “1-Day”, “2-Day” or “3-Day” depending on your location. These can be misleading, as these designations are just an estimate and not a guaranteed delivery date. All USPS Priority Mail has an estimated delivery date of 2-3 days after shipping and please note, this is only an estimate and not a guarantee. STS has no control over how these 1-Day, 2-Day and 3-Day designations are added to your order or displayed on the shipping label when you select USPS Priority Mail. There is no expediting by STS or USPS with these designations.
USPS First Class Package is only available for orders with a total weight of 13 oz. or less, per USPS regulation. First Class Package has an estimated delivery date of 2-5 business days after shipping and please note, this is only an estimate and not a guarantee. Shipping rates are calculated automatically by weight per order and total weight includes the purchased item(s) in addition to the shipping box and packing material. If First Class Package is not displayed, your order is over the 13 oz. maximum weight and Priority Mail will be the only shipping option available through USPS.
