Recipient assumes all risks in connection with any USE OF PRODUCT OR response whatsoever to reviewing, using and/or experiencing the Product/Material and shall hold Publisher harmless and hereby releases Publisher from any and all claims for liability or injury of any type or kind that is imaginable now or in the future.

The PURCHASER/recipient shall indemnify and hold Publisher harmless  from any and all manner of liability, damages, losses and/or fees that may arise from the use of PRODUCT OR this material wherever and whenever presented in any IMAGINABLE USE OF PRODUCT OR IN ANY medium of communication known or unknown. In the event of any dispute whatsoever arising from the application of this disclaimer, the PURCHASER/Recipient agrees to enter into binding arbitration through the American Arbitration Association in the state of Florida prior to filing any legal action in any court of competent jurisdiction and Recipient shall pay ANY AND all costs incurred by Publisher in defending against any such claims, as and when those costs are incurred.
